Are these lashes reusable?

Yes, the magnetic lash strip last up to 45 wears. For longevity of your Magnetic lashes, please ensure to clean it after every use.

How long do these last in a day?

These can last up to 10 hours.

Is the Magnetic liner water proof?

Yes.

How do I apply these Magnetic Lashes?

Draw a nice line just above your lashes using the Magnetic eyeliner, once it dries which should only take a second, you will then place the magnetic closest to your lashes for a more natural effect.

Can I use mascara while wearing my Magnetic Lashes?

Yes. We would recommend this so that the natural lash blends in with the Magnetic lashes.

How many magnets are on each Lash?

There are 6 tiny strong magnets.

How do I clean my Magnets?

After every use, you need to ensure to clean the tiny magnets with a damp cloth. Do not scrub to hard. You can also use a tweezer to remove any excess magnetic liner left on the magnets. If you do not have a tweezer, you can use your fingers to gently scrape off the magnetic liner residue.

Are these safe for my eyes?

Everyone skin may take the product differently. We would suggest you complete a swatch test on your hand first to ensure no allergic reaction takes place. If you do sense any irritation please stop using the product asap.

Are the ingredients safe?

Yes. Royal Posh Magnetic has registered all ingredients with the CNF. There are no heavy metals or parabens in our formula. If you have any eye conditions please take precaution and consult with your health care practitioner prior to using the product. The ingredients in our formula are regulated as safe and non toxic according to EWG Skin Deep.

How long does shipment take?

Once you complete your purchase, it will take 24 to 48 hours to process. A tracking number and notice via email advising of the expected arrival date will be provided. Domestic shipping may take up to 7-10 business days. International shipping may vary based on the location.

What if I input the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us within the 24 hours to have your address corrected. Anything after 48 hours may have already been shipped. To accommodate we will definitely work with you to have this issue resolved.

What is your return policy?

If your product arrives damaged, please take a picture and send it to info@royalposhmagneticlashes.com and we will replace your product at no cost.

If you are unhappy with the product you have received please contact us and we will replace with a product you do love.

Are there refunds?

All products sales are final due to the nature of the product but we can issue a credit note on a case by case scenario.

Are there shipping fees?

Yes, based on where you are located, you will see shipping cost at point of checkout. International shipping may incur duties and fees.
